Clarity.

There are only these two things, intellectual model and habits. There are clear well-chosen habits and the model and you are done with this layer. Currently, there is chaos. There are unwanted habits and there are unwise ideas, make one Strong effort to complete this. and get done with it.

Externally, there are few necessary things like survival, health, and relationships. You should have a clear idea about what to do in these areas based on the intellectual and habitual models.

If you want to be free of it, there has to be one thing you must do first, you have to be able to not react when habits or intellect are screaming. You have to be able to sit through it.

The long Vipassana has to be done with decent frequency as this is the one that is taking me deeper and deeper within the layers.

The enquiry has to be done with a precise and keen intellect about who am I?

And Satsang to keep me focused on it.

Clarity Statement:
I want to change my transform habitual mind to become more constructive, I want to align my model with more reality oriented. I want to be liberated from these. I want to be librated from from the urges and impulses.

I want to know who I am.
