Letting Go - Understanding.

World:
Certain things look more beautiful, attractive, repulsive, disagreeable. And we try to chase or run away from them. This is an illusion, things in themselves are neutral, but they feel in certain ways and they pull us in different directions. The same thing feels different for different people.

The outer layer of mind:
Sometimes there are some uncomfortable thoughts and emotions inside me, These get stimulated through some external incident or they are there as constant narrative and become more clear when I am free. There are two things here one is the voice and the other is emotion. Naturally, there is a reaction in the form of resistance or clinging, this reinforces or multiplies the internal pattern. Then there is just observation or total experience which purifies the internal patterns

Inner Layer of mind:
These reactions are very predictable, they are being originated from a couple of sources. beliefs, or pleasure (senes | social) . The senses multiply very quickly and soon the conscious area is full of these thoughts of sex, acceptance, and food. Beliefs are stronger than senses, Sometimes beliefs need to be changed, acted upon, or let go. Whether being vegan, or I should be better than everyone in everything both are beliefs. Some beliefs are root-level/ some superficial. Beliefs are built based on whatever is moving in front of me. Ideally, the senses and social pleasure should be in complete control and the belief system should be unified.

Attachment/Resistance
This inner layer is formed based on attachment/resistance to whatever is moving in front of me, in the form of sensations or social proof. Different degrees of attachment happens to different things.

Practices: Vipassana | Self Enquiry

Self
When the thoughts are quiet and the heart is silent, no attachment and aversion are going on there is a three-dimensional experience of silence. Emptiness | Wholeness | Completeness.
