Week #01. Retro
I was clear on what is most important and stayed within the circle.
Vipassana -
Morning evening practice solid. And once a week practice solid. Morning and night have a good start. This week focuses on establishing the practice.
And reinforce the joy of self.
Process -
In terms of process, The practice of mindful review was there. It was well done. In this week, I will focus on establishing it. Creating a video in the morning was also well done. Just focus on establishing that as well.
There was a beautiful process that came out, The process of inquiry in the morning that is the most useful process where I inquire into my behavior and improve it. Ask questions like how can I bring value and come up with an answer like ML yoga teacher. This is clearly the most useful thing and one day I want every minute of my time to be consumed by it.
There are couple of things that came up. There are certain old habits that still have pull and I am being pulled by them, This accptance trap of creating videos and looking for acceptance. And then there is also this attention switch, either stop it or use it wisely.
Self less service -
Metta practice was good, Most of the day it was solid, Pain of selfishness, compassion, pitty, and the underlying unity.
I reserached and applied at MAD. and send message to child Fund. Watched several good videos. There has to be real effort here. In volunteering.
Lin and relationship -
This was rather throny. I need to contemplate more If relationshp can make our life richer and what is the good relationship looks like.
Work -
I interviewed with Shell. Seems like a good opportunity. I came to the point where I will contiune learning and if some opportunity comes, I will entertain it.
Meditated on the thought process of what problem I can solve. This is the gold, and I will continue next week with action without desire for the fruits and 100% engagement. Doing the best.
Product Manager Nanodegree continues, My focus is now more on quality improvement.
Health -
Masala Box and now it seems like the good habit pattern of pooping is setup.
