About Speaking Truth.

The one element of speaking truth is, check the intention it should not be fear or greed. Me shouldn’t speak lie because it is afraid or it wants to deceive someone to gain something. Generally the reason of speaking a lie is fear.

Once you spoke a lie then there is a strong need build a structure to make it true that takes a lot of mental energies.

On the other hand it makes you vulnerable, the attack of disrespect and redicule.

There are things like watching porn I will redicule someone else on the level of me, and I am also doing them, and then there are things I will not redicule but someone else will.

In an ideal way you should always speak the truth and people who can not listen you should let them go.

I don’t feel comfortable discussing this with you.

Speaking truth also force you to face all your attachment and lies. and it will free you from unnecessary mental chattering.

In what case not speaking truth is valid there are some very amature mes or speaking truth can harm someone.

Than there is an element of not exposing some information.

The disadvantage of speaking the truth is you can be taken advantage by someone and miss some opportunities or someone who speaks the lie will get ahead.
