Work

There are few competing ideas. A part of me knows that I am not exceptional in programming but in meditation I am. There are two ideas.

Constantly growing the field of engineering, Being able to build the big basket leading team. VP.

Solve a problem in the filed of meditation and build a profitable business.

Both are complimentary. Actually being able to bring

Vipassana

I have a vipassana coming after 30 days. The major challenge her is Lin and the kid.

Lin is capable of living alone. She may get the feeling that she is not essential as a vipassana and the sense of abandonment.

If there is any issue then I am there, In my absence of me, how she will manage? There is less likelihood of she is going through anything strong emergency at that time. and I can arrange a phone number that she can reach incase of an emergency. We can also book once a week’s appointment to feel secure. By then she should have her health insurance, house.

Emotional and physical support. Emotional support can be gafsdsdfained from friend and physical support can be gained through ordering online.

And I can handle things really well. If I could do the 30 days.

Samatha

Lower self As long as I am engaged in lower self-action I don’t feel inspired and committed. On the other hand, If I start acting based on what is right I feel inspired and a little bit off put.

Right food, exercise, and balanced and aligned action - If I eat right food, and practice yoga, do the work I like and in balance,

Constantly letting go - Everyday you have chance to master few types of experiences, The more you master the less disturbance there is to deal with

Deliberate Samatha practice and Bliss - Read it sincerely and apply the knowledge

Teach Once you yourself has navigated till stage 3 at least than start teaching it.

Being Father

Yesterday Lin told me that she is pregnant, she was concerned that she is not ready and body issues will go to kids.

I feel a strong sense of happiness and joy. A part deep inside me knew I wanted this. There was a sense of let go of unnecessary junk. There was a sense of seriousness. The relationship and marriage feel more right.

I had a fear deep inside that this was important and I will miss it. I know I want this. All the research is pointing towards it.

Now it comes with a lot of challenges. One is taking the best possible route for delivery. Keeping it healthy. Decision about where to grow the kid.

There are a few things that are important for me and there are a lot of time I waste in Junk.

Weeks

Spirituality -
There is a growing sense of body, mind, and external world as objects, There is a feeling of fullness and completeness. Balance, unbalance, peace, agitation. There is a lack of seriousness, importance, and expectation from things because all it can do is manipulate this inner state for a while which I don’t have much interest in.

Wrong actions create uncomfortable inner states this I can see so clearly. I there is an agency to change it. The journey is not complete and having long meditation retreats, regular meditations, spiritual satsang, and correcting karmas are really meaningful acts.


Social -
There was a seed of compassion that grew when I listen to her when she was feeling bad. As I grow in compassion, the selfishness looks so ugly. This is also necessary for growing in the field business and leadership actually although that is not the reason. It is that the...

Letting Go - Understanding.

World:
Certain things look more beautiful, attractive, repulsive, disagreeable. And we try to chase or run away from them. This is an illusion, things in themselves are neutral, but they feel in certain ways and they pull us in different directions. The same thing feels different for different people.

The outer layer of mind:
Sometimes there are some uncomfortable thoughts and emotions inside me, These get stimulated through some external incident or they are there as constant narrative and become more clear when I am free. There are two things here one is the voice and the other is emotion. Naturally, there is a reaction in the form of resistance or clinging, this reinforces or multiplies the internal pattern. Then there is just observation or total experience which purifies the internal patterns

Clarity.

There are only these two things, intellectual model and habits. There are clear well-chosen habits and the model and you are done with this layer. Currently, there is chaos. There are unwanted habits and there are unwise ideas, make one Strong effort to complete this. and get done with it.

Externally, there are few necessary things like survival, health, and relationships. You should have a clear idea about what to do in these areas based on the intellectual and habitual models.

If you want to be free of it, there has to be one thing you must do first, you have to be able to not react when habits or intellect are screaming. You have to be able to sit through it.

The long Vipassana has to be done with decent frequency as this is the one that is taking me deeper and deeper within the layers.

Model/Self Work

Rest in the self. Endure the mind. Feed the right info. Use the intelligence to solve the problems.

Practice -

  • Every night you let go of the model, and any effort and rest in the self.
  • Every morning you meditate on Raman Maharshi.
  • Every morning you wake up with the self.

Endure the Model, The lower self which is constantly creating the noise. In the morning and afternoon while working it is prominent.

Practice -

  • Follow the weekly routine, this gives the mind the opportunity to become seductive and abusive. Practice enduring it.
  • Morning 3 hours session is the primary practice ground. No distractions should be tolerated.

Intelligence -

In the morning the first hour is to solve the problems, ask the question. Refine the understanding.

  • Practice one gatka/day to refine the understanding.
  • Tao the ching in the evening.

A True Practice.

I wanna be free of the model and experience the bliss of self more and more.

Something hit me and the thought process starts, or while I am working the disturbance starts. I know so well this is the place to play the real game you practice so much in meditation.

It is not by force but by relaxation you stay there. The intent needs to be very clear. It is not difficult. And I have done it many times already. Either something hits or internal disturbance starts. You stay and continue to regard less quality until that phase passes away.

The opposite is you did the Job best of the quality you could and then move to the next job and keep enduring the inner disturbance.

Morning/Evening/Micky- They help me to stay centered, and supported in the journey. The practice is everything though.

This is the number one priority for this week.
