I masterfully reframed morning route to hell and continue acting. At this moment I am feeling happy, if I had chose the other path I know what would have been the case by now. There are certain time when mind is quiet angry or fatigued. Doing a less intense work or info gathering very much a good task. There are habits, I know tomorrow morning I will wake 5ish. It is just habit and then I will think for a while. Cut that off and change habits to make them productive. Than there is navigation of the day on task to task basis with maximum efficiency. Build the habit of you know what you are doing and than choosing the most effective path and stay till end.
