Hey guys I am nitesh, I was recently approached by taleef for a front end enigneer position for alef. I looked into the video and website and I found it is a fantastic project. and I also have a deep deep inteset in disruptive education technology, so I thought I will create a quick video so you can make a quick assesment.

SO i was working as front end engineer for almost eight years And beside working on many frameworks, I also built a strong foundation on javascript. so the point is beside having a strong understanding and experince of framework like react and angular I have a solid foundation on javascript this allow me to move into different framwork very fast.

So the last project I did was working for namshi in dubai as a sr. frontend engineer. the primary stack we used on front end was react, angular and nodejs and mysql primarily on backend. because the architecture was micro service oriented, so we had around fifften application that we were combining together as a full package. and that gave me a good exposure to architecture and performance challanges using these framwork when you building complex application. I also worked on the backend for namshi.

Before namshi I was working for equal experts. which is award winning agency for it’s maintainable coding pracitces like Test driven developement and pair programing. I wrote many application like mobile application, analytics application etc.

before that I was working for synechorn, where I work with multitude of project and it gave me in’s and out of js.

on open source side, I did few projects one of them is metalist. which I primarly wrote to show case how to write a production application without anyframework, so If you want to look into the coding practices, please take a look into this project. it was written using TDD and it also abstract basic feature into seperate framwork, functional tests, another project is I wrote down js.design pattern. where I complied around forty design pattern.
