Breaking up your old self to make the new one.

Our behaviour is nothing but sum of my habits. It is just the right knowledge that is important, otherwise I can subscribe to new habits very very easily. a new set of beliefs based on reality.

I am extremely aware of the voice and sensations. It is matter of time I will be stop affected by them, these varied set of beliefs and can come up with one unified manner of thinking.

Vipassana is incredibly powerful to release the grip of the mind, Every time I am little bit more aware.

I can see my shortcoming or the habits that are holding me back. I can see that I can make a choice to do it differently. and actually do it.
