Building First Product.

Your Job is to learn the end to end process first.

Reach - First thing is to reach the people. Currently, I have a channel through meetup, you can increase those channel later. but lets first fully explore this channel.

Unit Exploration- You have to select a small segment of people you are going to serve.

WTP and capacity to pay - what really matters to them, how much, what is good to have, what is nice to have etc. what do they want. How do they want,

Messaging - Now you have to market exactly the way they want the product to be. and setting the right price point.

Channel of delivery - The format and way to deliver.

Collecting Money - collect the payment.

there are a ton of other things to take care but one step at a time.
