CBT #01. Practicing belief replacements.
Whenever I am learning, as the inevitable struggle and failures and reattempt comes, There is a discomfort, fear, and frustation, The behaviour that follows is, sometime I stick and sometime I switch the task.
The automatic thoughts that triggers is if I am struggling that means I am not smart and I am a failure, If I am not learning that means I wasting time
Everytime I struggling while I am learning the belief that should be triggered that I am learning and growing, if I am learning that means I am succeeding.
Twice a day journal, one in night and one after lunch. And I will check it on sunday.
