Chapter #6 health

Although having six pack abs and slim waist may boost your self image or give you social mileage but it doesn’t necessarily means optimal health. Infect bodybuilding was never designed for good health. But it is an sport. Because of the nature of the sport most of the body builder has broken bones and dislocated joints, clearly not the sign of excellent health.

When there is a discomfort in our body your attention will be pulled there. And energy will be dispated. Our bodies are phenomenal instruments and they don’t require a lot of maintainace. Even a little bit loving attention goes the long way.

Health is about vitality of your body, how comfortable you are in your body. Are you feeling tired or energetic all the time.

Fundamentally there are two compnonent, your diet and exercise.

Diet - the fundamental job of the food is to support the maintainance, growth of our bodies and provide energies. The most importance aspect of the food is degiestion. When we eat natural food ( fruits ) our body know what to do with that food, because it is designed to Handel it. When we eat junk food ( charcole burger ) our body doesn’t really know what to do with that.

There are many praticises for eating food, different body might have different needs. But essentially if you can feed the natural food in moderate quantity, give your body proper rest and listen how it is reacting to different foods and enviorment and adjust with that. This is all your body is asking from you.

Exercise - For me yoga works. Especially because it is designed for optimal health. And tested and refined for over 1000 years. it is a complete system and my body respond amazingly with it. Yoga don’t just work on strength and flexibility, but it also work on posture, breath and subtler parts of our body. As a by product day to day activity like walking, sitting and breathing becomes more easy, firm and deep. It doesn’t only work on your body but your emotions and mind as well.

You might wanna consider other systems, but consider choosing a system that is designed for optimal health.

When we have good health we feel naturally good, when we don’t we don’t feel so good.

This is an easy win.
