Health Recalibration - long range
The food is good, maintain it, check once a month 3meals, fruits and water. and refine it with balancing pitta food and driving it towards more sattvik food. Cut down to one chai this month. And remove that with something like lemon ginger honey next month. Take advantage of any opportunity to learn to cook.
What I am doing at the moment is how you really learn keep doing this. Know what is the focus for the month and practice that. Keep adding up knowledge every month. Don’t jump. By End of this year do yoga TTC.
Learn about yoga I nidra, and other sleep research. See what sleep suppose to do and Master the morning routine. That half sleep state and intial inertia.
Build and yearly checkup routine. And learn about panchkarama and nurotherpy.
Body energy, breath, and chakras, learn if you can stay overflowed by energy all the time. Caliratedly include pranayama and yoga practice.
Continue skin and hair care routine. It seems to work fairly good so no need to change.
Accupunture, marma, message, oils, sound, healing, if some opportunity comes up explore them.
Health Recalibration - next step
In the period of month change the habit of chai with lemon ginger honey or something more healthy. Understand what is sattvik food and slowly move one meal after another in that direction. If get chance learn the cooking.
Slowly without hurry go the next step in yoga. Know what you will do next month. Keeping in mind this is the long term thing. Keep hustling and learning.
Learn about yoga nidra and sleep and fix the very strong morning routine.
Build yearly checkup routine.
Explore pachnackarma, satkarma, accupunture, healing etc. when you are in other places.
work recalibration - long range
The first priority is to protect your freedom, you need at least 25k to 50K for that. Do it in a way which support your long term goal and align with your primary swadharma and has possibility to scale. Trust and honor the natures move.
To do the business you must understand and bring the value in peoples life. Complete the whole cycle of business, research, creating quality product, marketing, selling, delegating, orchestrating, scaling.
Deeply research and make the next move for meta insight considering above stuff. That business is one year old after all.

Throughly research and see what can you built that will be align with long term goal of disrupting the education system and can make you 25k/month while at the same time is repetable. And master the art of business. Every aspect of it.
Read one book on business or about an entrepreneur. Until you get it.
Social Recalibration - long range
Get to the point where you are completely self satisfied in solitude, this is the place where you look for happiness, peace and bliss.
Relase the thought of finding happiness in social realm, acceptance, impressing, respect, dominating, sensual pleasure, relapse the desire to impress secondary characters.
Express yourself and interact with people without any filters, observe people trying to find happiness in respect, impressing, sharing, sensual pleasure, dominating, playing, escaping.
Release the self centeredness and fill your mind with the thoughts of compassion, build practices and strengthen it by learning more about compassion and danger of self centeredness.
Be good in social ettiquette, diplomacy and negotiation. Learn more about it, master it.
When you find someone with the qualities of true appreciation, no self importance, life, maturity, playfulness and commalitym experience the romantic relationship, have it’s time and place, do not surpass weekly sexual activity. Learn more about it.
When you find someone with good heart, and common direction, build the friendship.
Be the support whenever your family really needs it, otherwise let them live.
Be clean and dignified in your appearance.

Relase the samsakara of impressing and sensuality by the aid of vipassana and meditation of duality and seeing full circle.
See what other people are doing, what are their desires, what they want or if unbalanced observe your own desires and Samskara.
Learn more about the art of diplomacy, social ettiquete, negotiations. Leadership.
Learn more about compassion and danger of self centeredness. And build practice around it.
Learn more about long term relationship, explore romantic relationships. Have it’s place, Have a routine and then respect the nature.
If you find people with good heart traveling in the same direction build friendships.
If anyone in our family, epecially mom is willing to listen guide them if you can.
Keep the appearance clean and dignified.
spritual recalibration - next Calibrated step -
The long range direction is to completely understand and purify your mind with ignorance, and craving of attachment and aversion and realise who you are. Reach the point where you are stabilise in that selfless state and your heart is fill with compassion for people who are struggling.
The long range goal is to purify the beliefs, by observing, understanding and realising. As they come on the surface. The way to do it is by chitanupassana, for that hour be aware of the current pattern, see them over and over again until they released. The second degree effect is to deeply know your mind.
The second goal is to be completely equanimous with every sensation. Making you calm and composed in every situation, unafraid and unmoved by any emotional challenge. The second degree effect would be to detach from the body.
A vipassana retreat after every 3 months, will helps to remove major heaps of Sankara, making you more stable and purified. Deepening the practice and understanding, even opening the new frontier for deeper experience.
Another long range goal is to practice self expression without any pre-meditated thought and trust your integrity, it is ok if some belief comes into the way, know them, relase them. Expressing your self with honesty and imppacablity as who you are.
Keep yourself on the track by reading atleast one general purpose book in spirituality like Patanjali sutra. Astavakara Gita. The middle way.. Explore the specific ones like affirmation. This will keep the voice on the track and help to deepen your neural network. Reading autobiographies are also in the same domain.
When you understood some aspect of lets say belief that are causing pain or a fragment of reality, use intellectual understanding to understand it and analytical mediation to deepen that understanding. Although it can be confirmed with the part of work, when you understood something deeply, share it with teaching [ writing post or creating video ]
Explore affirmation | visualisation | NLP see how can you utilise them.
Clear your head when you are confused about something by writing it. Know where using the wil will yield the major result and take full advantage of it.
spritual recalibration - daily practice
Morning meditation - it is chittanupasana, 50 min| 10 min.
- observe the mind with knowing what to observe “ who am I ”
- observing the current repeated pattern - belief | judgment | justification
- seeing the working of mind, seeing what comes then understanding it .
- identify the state of mind [ dull | agitated | doubtful ] watch that.
- observe aggregates | hinderences | craving..
- end by metta practice.
Evening meditation - it is kayanupasana.
- observing different sensation with equanimity and understanding of impermanence.
- just feel the sensation and see their nature without judgement.
Reading - know what is the next book. General | specific.
integration - when something hit you, sink it deeper by intellectual understanding | analytical meditations | teaching.
relase with writing - release if anything bothering you by writing.
vipassana retreat - every 3 months | 6 months.. completely give your self to the practice.
