Vipassana Meditation - Observing sensations, breath, and then let go of everything. The effect of the practice is, it creates the distance between mind and awareness and this process of just observing allows mind to extremely settled and easy to work with.
Satsanga - Listening to Micheal, Sandeep, Krishnamurthy and creating youtube videos.
Guidance - Bhagwat Gita, Tao the ching, Satipathana, Astavakra….
Questioning and contemplation - Using intelligence to ask the right questions.
Worship - Offering the heart.
Nidhidhyasana - Using thinking to think about learning over and over. This can be practice rather easily now.
Bringing the thinking in the right place - thinking the right thoughts, taking control of it.
