First thing first.

The daily 2hrs practice is not just necessary, but it is also a marker of how centred you are. Unless you can do the practice at ease and adhisthan, you should increase the practice. There is nothing good about reacting and loosing the time. Another practice that can help is when you know you are getting out of the centre then and there instead of reacting you do the meditation, sustain this practice until your next 45 days course.

The second congnative challenge is my goals and purpose of life. This should be clear everyday and accessible so I can constantly direct my actions with alignment.

On congantive level, you have 2 challenges currently actions are being orignitated from the emotions, past habits and beliefs, and these actions are not good for me, for example comparing and competing. when emotions bubbled up it is hard to not act. These are poor quality behaviour. and I can catch them. I need to replace it with better habits. and these habits are consuming all the time.

The most important aspect in terms of social aspect is serving, and here is an ample opportunity to learn to serve and I will serve atleast 6 vipassana this year with best of my capacity.

Then comes the relationship. The right relationship is about being there for others journey. deep and connecting, commited. being in a family setting, providing social and love support and not about physical attraction. using other person for fullfing your desires. or meaninglessness and lonliness or other factors.

Then comes the social network, relationships, and communities, The people who are like you and interested in having socially fulfilling life, maybe even shared projects. As you move forward see if you can build these relationships.

Then comes communication and dressing. Again the impact of differences are huge and see how can you improve it.

In terms of work first thing is finance, this is of a paramount of importance, the way finance influences my decisions is quiet important to see, and it can not be ignored. How can I be rich enough so I don’t have to worry about money. Investment, housing, and retirement plan.

Then my career as software engineer, how far I can take it, what should be the next steps. How can I drive meaning from it. what are the possibilities. What would be the ideal job for me.

Then comes the business marketing and leadership espically to start with. and how can I engrained these skills to my current skillset.

Impact. How can what I do can make impact in others life in a positive meaningful way.

In terms of health, food should make you energetic and maintian body in long term.

Yoga and exercise to keep body healthy

Sleep, to make sure body is healthy

Yearly detox, and checkups for the same.
