The long range goal is to keep exploring and refining my body. Adjusting for optimal health.

The next calibrated step is to align food more towards sattvik intake, if you get chance to explore cooking do that too. explores and grow in the area of yoga and pranayama and energetics of body, and explore the sleeping and yoga nidra.

Then there is cleansing paractices panchkarama, satkarma, nurtotherpy which can be explored, and 1 yearly dental and physical checkup.

Then there are other interesting things like accupunture and massage, sound and healing that can be explored if the opportunity represent it.
