Health Retroaspecitve.

The sleep and yoga are in the red zone and almost at the verge of going out of balance. My body health is also screaming for the care, all kind of mindfulness is out of the door.

First get the yoga session. 3 this week. Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday. Sleep at least 8 hours.

For the food breakfast in the morning. Poha, Porraidge, Juice, Lunch Gujarati| Upstairs| Khichadi. Evening snack. Vegi and fruits. Dinner protiene powder.

Align your working our in a way that you can actually do these things.
