Intellect, clearity, and direction.

Intellect is the aspect of mind which can abstract the reality, analyse it and come up with creative solutions. It is the same intellect that analyse all the data and came up with the solution for the E=mc2 or or build the creative solutions.

Worse use of intellect is to worry or contemplating negative scenarios or thinking how the past could have been different, This is still problem solving but like complete waste of the most amazing resource we have.

The more you are free of samskaras the better access you have to the intellect.

So what purpose I should use intellect for?

One great thing intellect is capable of doing is problem solving. Intellect can actually first of all analyse and remove the different parts and divide the problems and come up with a clear statement of what needs to solved. and then actually come up with a creative solution.

Another thing intellect can do well is simplify. confusion by nature is a multiple belief or knowledge, intellect can look under the hood and see what knowledge is actually false, and simplify the whole thing.

Intellect can also override the mind, intellect can actually come up with better reasoning than mind is acting upon, actually mind uses intellect.

Intellect can also predict, choose and make decision.
