Health -
Morning exercise 22days. Attended 2 week yoga class. Read and understand the anatomy of yoga books. Took anatomy of body class. Listen Ayurveda basic book. Removed the sugar and coffee from food. Had fairly healthy food.
Sprituality -
Wrote - awareness| image and sound| understanding| Misinterpretation and I. Praticed zero downtime ( every minute calibrated learning )(17 times), morning and evening meditations, everyday. Read - unpishads. Created further directions.
Social -
Understood the underlying principle of conversation the I and the object. Understanding banter. Post on beginning and closing the conversations. The opportunity in outer stimulation. A quick post on learning| sharing or competing and story and entertainment.
