Spirituality - What I am striving for? What practices I should follow that will lead me to that? What are the intermediary stations? What I know for sure? And Build upon it? What should be the next step? What I can do without overloading myself.

Know where you are going? Know the level of importance! Know what practices that will take you there? What is counterproductive? Set the expectation based on your past experience. Just remove all the fat and set down the expectation based on your experience.

Social - What is essential in order of priority, What are the most pressing questions. What is the big picture? What are the trifiling matters? What fat I can remove in terms of social context and What are the most in-depth cuts I can make. What about sex and relationship? Networking, Teamwork, Leadership? What about family daynamics?

What is the big picture? What is important and urgent? Where should my focus go? What could be the next solid steps

Work -. What is the long term game plan and what are the most important and urgent aspect at the moment. What are my options? What makes sense in terms of next step? What is the fat when it comes to go for that? Long term and short term both. What will consume my entire focus for next 3 months.

What practices I should follow without overwhaleming myself. What is the centre of focus and what is the fat and what derails me from the path.

Health - What gets me out of balance. What is the real importance of different aspects of food. What practice I can follow that I know based on my experience yield the best result without overwhaleming myself. What about yoga, The frequency and the practice that hits the sweet point.

What is the over doing? Where is the balance? What about sperm?
