Know What Matters - Health.

In the larger scheme, the fundamental goal is to keep the body as healthy as I can, so it last as long as possible in the best condition. that means eating the right food, doing the right exercise. maybe even strength training. Maintaining the body on the higher level, and having high energy on regular basis.

Knowing that body is a self managing organism, not over doing it but doing a good job to maintain it.

I am doing yoga, but progress in that seems to be stale, I do fairly decent poses but some knowledge and maybe some self practice will make it more benefical.

The food I am eating is good at the moment, my body likes it and it seems to be able to provide ample energy. Also I don’t eat junk,

I can work on stamina and strength.

The regular full body checkup is a good way to keep in touch with the current body status, and also maybe panch karma and satkaram can be good process to clean the body from inside.

There are acupuncture and massages that I can experiment with.

Then there is this yoga teacher training.
