Know What Matters - Work.

There is a clear element of finance and basic comfort of life that work must provide, it is also in its own way should be the cause of the growth.

The fundamental principle in work here is bringing value in others life, interdependence your work must bring value in other people life. And the key skill here is to able to understand other’s desire and not forcing your understanding, the key way to do it is listening to others.

There is skill, quality, comptetion and demand and supply, and certain env. are better in terms of being able to do that. but in the end the primary goal is to bring value in others life, not everything that I do must be connected to the finance.

There are skills that are required to do so, leadership, teamwork, programming, communication, or I can also go other way around based on these skills that I have what kind of maximum value I can bring.

There is certain nature and behaviour of me, doing things aligned with that increases my rate of success.

There are many things in terms of next step, I can work in mickensy, travel and work remotely, take advantage of serendipity, Work outside of india.

What should be the next logical step which also make sense in the larger scheme of career.
