A leader’s job is to have a vision and implement it through people. The potential of people is their mind and their different views. The challenge is an attachment to our ideas, ego, and sensitivity.

The first goal of the leader is to have a clear vision, set the values, enforce it, decision making, and strategy. This leader should not be doing by himself but can take input from other people and should take input from other people.
Clear - leader should be clear about long term vision and short term goals. It is an extension of personal life. Sometimes we need to be in the waters.
Values - .leader should be clear with values and principle that needs to be applied. These values are what build culture.
Strategies -. Generally, everything is a competitive game and going for a goal the leader should have better strategies.
Decision making - A leader should be an apt decision-maker, not allowing to rotten things.
Is an Example - A leader should work in a way that sets the example, someone who works the hardest. take more risk, and respectable.
Building culture - Building the culture based on the values.
People skill - Capable of giving corrective feedback, resolve conflicts, communicate ideas clearly, effectively debate, let go of people, keep people accountable,
Mentoring - A leader should have a system and a way to mentor people.
Delegation - A leader should work less by himself, and delegate more and more task to others.
