Leadership Lesson

As a leader what is my Goal. I need to make sure these people are ready for the Job when they get out of this bootcamp. What does it mean by being ready for the Job. They have a good grasp on fundamentals. Ideally they should be able to do some task if given. Add new functionality or fix the bugs. The goal is little vague in this sense.

A more concrete goal can be that We will build a world class front end for this application. The first idea is to be crystal clear with goal.

Then comes the culture, In the culture the incentive should be align with what you want. Currently the culture is that infront of me they are silent. then maybe they copy paste, maybe they don’t. The element of fun.

The leaders personality and work ethics also matters. If leader is there showing that I am going to stick with it. No matter what. Then people also feels engaged.
