learning from the meetup.

today I conducted the meetup. it was easy flowing, there were 4 people, varun, kiran, jagan were present.

jagan and kiran were interested and easy to build rapport with while varun provided the oppportunity as hard person.

the conversation was free flow, around where you from and where you work how did you come to know about this, why I am interested in it. I asked for their opnion and then they agree to lets do the way you define the process.

I explained them the concept and than we did some exercise. including one from the real life experince from kiran.

the next time I can make it more clear with some general guideline.

somehow I need to tell kiran to be on the track very early on and be softly. I need to encourage everyone to talk or go in round.

another opportunity was to connect with jaban. he is in the same space as me and clealry very mature and smart. we could potentially comeup with something together. you could co-create something together.

• more clear agenda.
• community guidelines.
• everybody’s participation. leading by communicating when boundaries are being violated.
• honest feedback round in the end.
• connect with right people to co-create.

challenge you face when someone comes late. how to enter them, how to encourage everyone’s participation, and making it safe for the people who are uncomfortable.
