Learning of the day #22 friendliness and Moad.

I was sitting in a ccd and I saw a couple coming and sitting in front me, my heart was started to close and judgemental. I could see all this.

I flipped the script and started to appreciate their virtues and change the glass with matri and meduita.

It works pretty good, my heart was uplifted.
