Learning YOGA.
So far I have read few books on yoga and Ayurveda. Took course on anatomy. Read anatomy yoga book. Yoga sequencing and body type. APM at the moment. Read pranayama book.
I took classes at a1000yoga for around 6 months regularly, 4 courses at HI yoga, 1 month amrutha Bindu. Some classes in Rishikesh with Dinesh, maa yoga.
I also took some classes from yogaGlo, p90x, doYogaWithMe.
Couple of workshop with pradeep and iyengar yoga.
Taking the weekend classes with MindFit at the moment.
All in all I practiced yoga for almost an Year now.
How could I calibrate my learning?
