- sincerely believe you might not know the best path and your ability to deal with not knowing is more important than whatever it is that you know.
- recongise that decision making is two step process, first take all the revlevant info and than decide.
- don’t worry about looking good, worry about achieving your goals.
- you can’t put out without taking in.
- recognise that to gain the prespective that comes from seeing things through others eyes, you must suspend judgement for a time, only by empthaising you can properly understand others point.
- remember you are looking for the best answer not the best answer comes from your mind.
- be clea whether you are arguing or seeking to understand and see which is more appropriate based on your and others believability
- .3. Appreciate the art of thoughtful disagreement.
- .4. Triangulate your view with believable people who are willing to disagree.
- .5. Recongise the sign of close minded ness and open minded ness that you should watch out for.
- regularly use pain as your guide toward quality refelection
- make being open-minded a habit

- if number of different believable people say you are doing something wrong and you are the only one who doesn’t see it that way, assume you are doing something wrong.

4. Understand that people are wired differently -

- focus on task or focus on goal
- shapers are people who can go from visualisation to actualisation
- .5. Getting right people in the right roles in supporting your goal is the key to succeeding at whatever you want ot accomplish
- manage your self and orchestrate other yto get what you want.
5. Learn how to make effective decisions -
- .1. Recongise the biggest threat to good decision making is harmful emotions and decision making is two step process [ first learn and then decide ]
- .2. Synthesise the situation at hand.
- one of most important decision is to who you ask question of.
- don’t believe everything you hear.
- everything look bigger up close.

- don’t oversqueezed the dots.
- .3. Synthesise the situation through time.
- keep in mind the rate of change and level of things and relation b/w them

- remember decision need to be made at appropriate level but they should be consistent across the level.

- raising the probablity of being right is valuable no matter what your probablity of being right already is.
- knowing when not to bet is as important as knowing what to bet on.
- the best choices are that has more pro than cons not the one which has no cons at all.

- all your must do must be above the bars before your likes to do.
- chances are you won’t have time to deal with unimportant things which is better than not having time to deal with the important things.

- .12. Be cautious about trusting AI without deep understanding.
