- There is an emotional reaction to the voice.
- It wants to protect some ideas so justifying and reframing the scene.
- There is sensation of fear of anything that goes wrong.
- I will do this in future to avoid this.
- This is one thought at a time process.
- The process is that it says something and support it by something you believed
A truth.
- At one point there can be only one thought in our mind. There can be multiple series of the thoughts but at a point there is only one thought.
I know it by seeing it, and it can be varified always.
I can only live in the present moment, that is a truth, my thought could be in the past or the future but my experience will always be in the present moment.
The raw data is the voice in my head said something and my body experience the sensation on the chest and both passed out. that is the truth again. just the experience. The truth is that thought feels like that.
An experiment.
In whatever kind of thought I put my attention becomes strengthen this is a good theory, but not the truth.
It is possible to watch or be a part of the thought process or observe the breath.
Without any will of mine, thoughts comes, it can be of any type, I am not generating them,
The judgement happens because of some experience, It is hasty conclusion of that experience.

The way to know the truth is to be skeptic.
