Mental Attitude And Practice.

Presence- Whatever task I am doing, My job is to be completely present in that task. While doing a task thinking about something is the most destructive thing you can do. Ofcourse my job is to keep practicing my attention on the task. while I am not doing any task, I am observing my breath and sensation. If the mind is wandering too much sit down and observe the breath.

Solution Oriented- I do not put the energy in enumerating the problems, excuses and why this will not work, but work with the how can I do it. keep asking how can I do it better, how can I further improve. your Job is to build the solution consciousness.

Detach from the fruit of the result- All the task are the same, I do them all with enthusiasm. Without the expectation of fruit. Success, failure, mixed, I do the task for the sake of the task. with enthusiasm, to learn, to grow, to better in it, like a child.

Know your why and goals- Behind every task, you know your why and your goals are well calibrated. At the time of moving to a deeper layer, your why might seems to lose the meaning, that’s ok your why could be to keep moving forward, collect data.

Positive dictionary - Every time I say anything negative in my mind, I reframe it to the positive sentence in my mind. Nothing I do or think which has a negative frame.

No Idle Time- Enjoy the time, but there is no idle time in my life, I meditate, work, enjoy, rest but I do not do idle time at all.
