Mind.

The mental attitude - the general attitude towards life of the mind and the voice is somewhat fear oriented at the moment. and it is a habit and it is being formed every moment. every action I am taking is actually forming this habit or the view towards the life. there has to be a certain quality of this attitude and there has to be certain things that it doesn’t do.

the best way to build this attitude is by practicing, it can only build like this, you have to build certain habits of the mind. certain ways you do things and then practice it.
