Mind.
One of the obstacle is that mind easily takes one idea for example that is not how a enlighten person acts or how it will make me rich. These are the kind of desire or idea that is conflicting and the net result is inaction and negative state of mind and low self-esteem. This is very undesirable.
The ultimate solution is being clear with your mind map that way you know what needs to be done and you can let the clouds pass or use your will to force your attention in other direction. Then you need to practice the quality of tolerance. Use it as a practice ground for getting ready for the big events.
Then I can do small calming meditation and then, I can consciously manipulate the voice and use affirmations and visualization to snap back.
