Mind emotions beliefs habit and practice.

There are certain things which are absolutely clear and essential start with that and build upon them. What are the things which are absolutely clear and essential and start to practice right away and turn into habits?

Being comfortable with all sets of emotions and learning the meaning of each emotion and practicing them. Also learning what my emotions are telling me.

Asking the precise questions and using the mind to come up with right answer.

Replace the beliefs with empowering ones and changing the limiting beliefs

Practice.
