New cognitive layer.

I want to explore what is my potential and how much I can do.

using the mind- The mind is the tool. learn to use it properly. first clearly see how it works and then start using its function step by step.

replace the beliefs - based on these belifes the judgement comes sometimes these beliefs are wrong, update them when you know they are wrong.

replace the habits - there are habits I have built, which are again counter productive, replace them with better habits.

positive thinking - integrate these thought process of gratitude, contentment, seeing the positive side of things. seeing your strength.

practice new beliefs - everything is easy.

practice new habits - doing your best.

visualise what matters everyday - everyday visualise what matters. step by step add new habits.


practice being centred in all the emotions - practice staying centre and present in the face of emotional disturbance. in both high and lows. until it goes away.

practice with attachment and aversion - practice letting go when attachment arises and going after when aversion arises. just to sentize yourself with emotions.

practice listening to your emotions and understanding what it says -
first of all willing to experience all the emotions. and then understand what they say.
