I don’t really need to explain why it is important. there is only two possible things I can do. one is theory, second is practice. infect if I trim down theory. having 3 hours of class everyday. should be enough to give you a solid foundation here. infect I would say leave the book for a while. and just do that course for 3 weeks. be present and attend, that should be enough.
the goal here is to understand the practice and build the basics. after this month i will be practicing it consistently. so make sure you have right foundation for it. if after this month for 30 min. you can practice yoga in correct posture with the aim. the goal has been achieved.
there is another part, that is diet, that you need to understand. still it is the secondary thing.
