Practicing Bhagwat Gita - 01
The pleasure of eyes is to see a beautiful woman, a beautiful sight, a beautiful diary, A deliberate action to satisfy these desires should be avoided, The deliberate thoughts around these should be released. There should not be hatred also.
In the presence of these, the mind and thought will be activated. Instead of acting out of them you need to learn to see them.
The pleasure of taste should be replaced with the need of body.
The touch related pleasure and fantasies of hurting the body, sexual urges should be let go and should be replaced with simple touch and awareness related to these.
The pleasure of ears are the melodious sounds and disturbances,
The smell is not so much bothering anyway.
The grossest practice is to avoid taking deliberate action to satisfy them, when they origin do not hate them but experince the attachment and aversion of them. and when you experience it be aware.
