Recalibration.
The last week I went through the process of learning how to take interview. It is simple, you do some task repeatedly and then you automatcially start to learn ofcourse there is a slight frustration. then I need a deliberate effort to transition from understanding to habits.
There are two aspect of work team and mentoring. In the team connection and team play, leading and communication are quite important. My old habits can be changed and reintegrate here. and consciously I can work on creating deeper relationships, better teamplay and leadership aspects.
In terms of work the highest priority is to make sure people who gets out of here has the best head start in the world in terms of career. The best case scenarios that have to hustle and you have to provide the clarity in terms of concepts and direction.
The blocker I am facing at the moment is instead of acting out of the values I am acting out of the need of the acceptance.
