Retraining the thoughts. Analysing data.
I am auditing thoughts and state of mind every hour. But the question is what I need to do with this data. What I need to find out.
You have to find out
- what is the structure of thought. Get real intimate understanding of it. Know clearly what thought is.
- than you have to trace back the thought to see what is it’s cause. What is the cause of that particular thought. Than intimately understand that process.
- in the night you need to see what is the comman pattern through out the days long thought.
Ultimately you want to reset the thoughts into the different kind of all together. But to do that you need to understand clearly what is it and how it works.
