Retreat #04 : Heath - KWM

*Goal -
I wanna have optimal Physical health and maintain good body health in the long term.

Status and intermediate goal -
Currently, my health is excellent and I will be focusing on slowly switching my food to more sattvik food and mastering my primary yoga routine.

Futher I will research on strength and endurance training, and see what benefit they can bring into the life.
