Retreat #04 : Mind
Problem -
The unhappiness is basically the negative thoughts. In my mind, I am failure,
I can not do etc…
Solution -
- My actions are currently - Actually take action ( Reaction ) and prove it, Distract, Justify.
- Observe it, Be comfortable with it, then let go of the root cause, or solve it.
The problem is not in chai but constant loop of nagging desires that comes after it. Is there a way, I can experience it without creating this loop.
