Retreat #05. Mind
There are many types of cravings, but feeling and the process is the same. It. gives the momentary pleasure, and centers the mind. In that process, it starts to get re-enforced. The next time desire comes stronger and again. And there is a self-judgment that happens sideways. Sometimes, desire becomes painful and goes away.
It is as if I have griped many desires, I need to learn to let them go one by one, and whatever is left is happiness.
Craving is like a monkey with peanuts, You get trapped for the peanuts. The coal is burning the hand, If I can release the coal, I am liberated. Running around will not help.
The mind has to become unified. and fewer and fewer desires.
Sooner or later I have to learn to release this sweet poison.
