Samskara, Mind, and Emotions.
The mind that is being generated because of the past experience stored as samskaras is creating different thought patterns, and emotions. Some ideas comes and they feel so strong and they pass away.
If I am centred these samskaras pass away, This is my own experience in terms of lust, ego, competition and I am reaching my natural state of ease, compassion, joy, presence.
Vipassana with maximum intensity, and daily practice is actually doing it, every time a samskara comes, if you can stay present and relax, it passes away.
The basic trigger is mind is getting active, and heart is getting uncomfortable, it is the inner state. Learn to stay centered and present in real life while this is going on.
