Self judgement to optimal learning.

When I get stuck or struggling while learning, I have self judgement around I am a failure. This is conditioning, as the matter of truth I am learning, It also feels uncomfortable, because the struggle and self judgement.

old belief: If I am struggling that means I am not smart.
new belief: If I am struggling that means I am learning.

old emotion: discomfort, and fear.
if I can change the belief the new emotion should be discomfort and joy.

old habit: leave it. and take a break.
new habit: stay with it for another 30 minutes.

Using the mind: visualise and repeat.
reasons for why I should do it. and staying present in the moment.
imagine where I will need this, and how I will practice it.
