Sleep - #01 cause and conditions.
First challange is that I am not being able to go to sleep at the night. And what to do, the reason could be either because my mind is too agitated, I am engaged in some kind of activity or I am rested enough.
The second challenge is I am keep waking up in the night. And the quality fo sleep itself is poor, or I didn’t slept enough. The result is when I wake up I don’t find myself very refreshed and the whole day the level of focus in very poor. So if I sleep I wanna make sure I kept sleep whole night. Or if I wake up I wanna make sure I went to sleep right away.
