There are social desires, sensual, being left out, other people laughing, but is there any real need? What is the bare minimum.

Bringing value in others life is by nature is something that you have to do that is the necessity of social life.

How do I know if there is a social need, if there is a movement of thoughts.
If the level of energy is becoming down.
