Spiritual Recalibration.
There are a voice, sensation, and samskaras. the static sense of I is ego. the goal is to transcend this and train it.
To transcend it I need to practice vipassana very seriously, and the study of scriptures. wake up at 6:20 take a bath. study the scripture for next 20 mins and then meditate for next 40 mins. followed by 5 min metta. in the evening study scripture for 30mins and do meditation for next 40 mins and 5 mins metta at 9.00 make sure you root these two time regardless of anything. this is your libration.
To train the mind, be in the world, and participate in. there is a mechanism of sensation and change in behavior that is taking place all the time. If I can participate with a stable mind I can grow very fast.
The second aspect is weekly course, that is mindfully integrating the most leveraging behavior, for this I need to write a eassy for that virtue, than make sure I am assessing it using x. and having a final result at the end of the week.
If I don’t do that the mind will take over, will run thoughts by itself, unsatisfied, stuck and at unease. looping.
