Who am I - realising this is the end of the path. A different kind of end to the desire of any kind. The godfather of all the ignorance. You can stabilises your understanding of I am not the voice. And explore I am the awareness. The happiness and the noise of the voice has there place, and I experience them but they do not make me they are just the experience. Really exlporing this field of I with experience and then leaving the part that I know I am not.
Knowing the mind - being extremely aware and free from the patterns of the mind. Example - beliefs | emotion | justification | memory. Keep observing until they loose thier power and you see the working of mind as a cause and effect relationship rather indetifying with it.
purifying the beliefs - understanding better how the reality really is, and then replacing the ignorant beliefs with the ones which are rooted in reality.
four domain - intellectually, linearly and patiently keep growing with the aid of calibrated goals using four domains.
vipassana | sensation - becoming calm and observing in front any sensation that arises.
stregthing the will - fully consuming the force of will in desired change.
stregthing the intelligence - engage it and use it in a positive direction.
express the self - practice unplanned expression of self. That will show you the beliefs that needs to be updated.
tracing back to the cause - every time you are stuck for example self justification you trace back the belief it is coming from.
four agreements - speaking the truth with implacability and purifying the beliefs.
