Spiritual recalibration - The tools and the paths.

Reading - general and specific. It influences the beliefs in short term. It brings other more mature people’s understanding approach and point of view. It could easily become distraction as it gives the sense of progress. It also seems to influence the wall of belief, meditation can impress it deeper.

Vipassana - the practice making me far more aware of patterns and current desires, [ social acceptance ]. Sometimes even catching while they are happening. It is making me more aware and santising the sensation and emotions, there is deepening of understanding happening behind the scene. There is eradication of different type of desires, and I am becoming more peaceful and calm. There is also a bird eye view understanding cultivating.

Intllectual understanding - start | share | play | close. MetaInsight project. Signature strength, layers of people, with the intellectual understanding, considering the past action and reaction, I come to a framework where in terms of my understanding I am sure this is how it is, although my behaviour do not match it, but I have something to compare it with. This also kills the confusion and gives strong clarity and stablize the mind. This seems to be an essential step before execution.

writing - it helps release, clear the mind and gives more structure and ease to look at the content. It gives the form to the thought. When I see something on paper it becomes something easy to understand and deal with, as compare to if it is only on the realm of thought. When I write down the book, I seems to comprehend far more than just reading. Bhagwat Gita, Tao the Ching. It is much deeper form of reading. Another great effect is the documentation and retroaspective outlook.

Analytical meditation - this is more stronger than reading, and observing over and over certain reality makes it more strong. A calm and penetrating mind is necessary for it. So you arrive at a point. [ ego ], if you understand something clearly and wants to deepen that understanding analytical meditation is the answer.

Teaching - It took a great deal of effort write those articles and create those videos. It is much more deeper than writing, to explain something, I need to have very clear understanding. This also force a kind of commitment. It is practically impossible for me to create Half baked video.

Affirmation - I tried this with every minute calibrated understanding. It does change things in short term. Quiet the mind with the force. And align it with what matters. A more reading and understanding required here.

Visualization - I never really gave it a try.

body movement - the state of mind can be temporarily changed with body movement like yoga.

NLP - this is like mixing of 3. It draws me and repulse me at the same time. It can be useful to be productive iron the wrinkles but seems to go against the Vipassana.
