spiritual sunaday #45

an amazing and productive week in a long time. the setting of this place is allowing me to focus of things that matters and everything else is being taken care smoothly e.g. food, cleaning .. met with people like dharna, prashya, some strange people from mumbai. anada. damodar and his wife and ofcoure mama….

I started to get spiritual sanity like I can think now. working in dubai seems like a distant past. I meditated, gave some thoughts on the direction, came up with domains and subdomains I would like to work upon.

social reality is the dominating direction. and I am very energitically thinking about it.

I read bhagwat gita and 48 laws of power. polarity. I love sankya philosophy amazing books.

I am exerting a smooth will power. unnecessary distractions are sided. I didn’t use cellphone and internet this week.

I started to read and move my post to journal tool in my ipad.

things are moving in freestyle manner. since I have basic structure I can use it to direct energy in a better way.

spirtual sanity - I meditated around 2 hour per day. I learnt baby kriya. which I tried every now and than. I had an amazing session with dharna. on the by product I am feeling a bit calm and relaxed. also a lot of energy. I am very much in a state where I can work with myself optimally. It would be nice to continue the same practice for this week.

social reality - I read 48 laws of power. I am feeling very drawn to read more and more. one reason it is very interesting. there is a lot of aha moment in the book. and it puts the whole reality in the different spin. all these data points later becomes sort of intuation.

I am also more aware of conversation I am having with people. noticing a bit more body language and subtext.

subconscious thinking of this domain is on high speed. sometime, I am noticing to be spending around 30 min in 40 mins session analysing it.

one thing that I would like to do here is, to write more about it. profile. move it to the domain of action.

health - I started to eat good food. and than I started to eat right amount of it. the practice of this week should be eating the right amount in a right way. and drink 2+ lt water.
