Strong daily practice. No matter what the challange is you have to practice the battle. You can not decide to just skip a day in the middle of the battle. Waking up 5-6. | meditation (Yoga depends on weather I am practicing) followed by clear plan for the day and execution. The evening meditaiton learning of the day and finishing off the day. This I must to be able to do it.
I need to keep the mind balanced and happy. And then put a lot of effort into understanding myself by Upanishads and Gitas. Until I am identified in the realm of mind I need to keep it balanced and happy, I can utilise the self affermation, letting go meditation and whatever. Maybe eventually I arrived at the state where I am free from the realm of mind.
Then I have to practice disolving ego by doing selfless service. And Danna. Two clear actions are taking the session of engineering student and serving in Dhamma Service. There is also metta praictce and literature that can be worked with.
