structure of the day.
I usually wake up in the morning around 8. fresh till 8:30. I do a meditation for 40 min. and lets say at 10 I am up for work
do 1:30 gatka of work.
than you do 30min. break
12:1 another gatka of work
than you take 2hour of break.
3- 4:30 another gatka
5:6 last gatka.
go hang out with friends/ girlfriend/ family/ party.
9-10 - meditate. refactor restart
a gatka preference -
- pop out from action pipeline.
- if you know clearly what to do, do that.
- if you have elements to think about and contemplate write a blog post on that
- if you are completely unsure/ read a book or sketch out one.
